EHS Academy: Training of Trainers

Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Academy conducted an initial EHS training of trainers workshop on March 15-21 for 60 EHS practitioners and trainers. The intensive courses improved participants’ training delivery techniques and broadened their understanding of EHS issues. Meanwhile, the workshop helped foster the development of a new network of EHS professionals united by common interest, shared experience, and mutual professional regard. Lin Yingwu, Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Labor and Social Security Department, praised the Academy’s potential social impact and noted that his department would explore possibilities for promoting an EHS Professional Certification Program throughout Guangdong.
